Didac are pleased to announce that they are opening a Specialist Training Academy in Bristol to service the South West and National Areas.  The WOODWISE TRAINING ACADEMY will be set up as a production training facility, which will include the following areas of training:

• Machine Woodworking
  
• Woodworking (Furniture, Joinery, Kitchen Installation)
  
• Upholstery
  
• CAD/CAM and CNC
  
• IT Training
  
• Health & Safety Centre of Excellence

The Academy will provide specialist programmes to the following cohorts:

• supporting apprentices
• people already employed in industry
• people unemployed or wishing a career change
• learners at school
• support and delivery for school and college members of staff

Didac has established a reputation for delivering quality training that is second-to-none. Many of our courses are monitored by leading training institutions, including City & Guilds, Learning & Skills Council and Ofsted.

Through our direct liaison with the employer, we provide specific courses and services aimed at both the employer and their learners.  Upon completion, employers will have the benefits of improved PRODUCTIVITY, HEALTH & SAFETY and FLEXIBILITY OF STAFF.

These include - Apprenticeships, Machine Woodworking Training (all types of woodworking machinery), Health & Safety and many more.
