Elaine Stanley

Elaine started her career working in the sales office of a manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

After moving to Bristol in 1990, she joined IRM (Bristol) Ltd, an Architectural Ironmongery company as office manager, overseeing all administration duties, delivery schedules and  their sales and purchase ledger accounts.

Elaine took a break in her career to start a family, but remained working in various administration roles.

In June 2008, Elaine became PA to the Managing Director and is at the heart of the administration of the company, providing support to the Directors and staff.

She is also responsible for the National Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service on behalf of Didac.

In 2011, Elaine completed her Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance


Financial Management

Tracy Gibson

Tracy began her career at Relyon Furniture Ltd, taking qualifications in finance and administration.

In 1991, she joined the Furniture Manufacturers Association, then BFM Training, working in an administrative role.

She joined Didac in 1998, adding financial control to her admin duties, setting up computerised systems, and taking responsibility for invoicing and payments.

In 2002, Tracy was appointed as head of Financial Management and Control reporting to the MD and Company Secretary.


Data Management

Jennie Hayes

Jennie has worked for a number of companies where she was responsible for administration and the setting up of various systems.

She joined Didac in November 2001 and plays a vital role supporting staff and assisting in general enquiries.

In 2008, the increased numbers of learners meant Jennie took on the role of Data Management and Control for the company.
