Train to Gain

Train to Gain is the national skills service that supports employers of all sizes by improving workforce skills and boosting business efficiency. Didac provide a number of funded and employer-funded programmes offering training ranging from NVQ’s to bespoke on-site courses.

Apprenticeships

As employees, apprentices earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills. Apprentices receive training to work towards nationally recognised qualifications. Anyone living in England, over 16 and not in full-time education can apply.

Health & Safety

Didac provide a full range of Health & Safety Services to meet your individual needs.  These include bespoke training courses for employees at all levels, many leading to recognised qualifications, to consultancy services including audits and retained packages at three levels to ensure you comply with legislation.

Professional Development

Didac provide various programmes to ensure staff deliver training and assessing effectively.  If staff assess and verify NVQ's we can provide the "A" and "V" units.  For those staff that provide training to others, there are a number of programmes to recognise and qualify these people, including the Professional Trainers Certificate.

Equipment Training

Staff at all levels who are involved with using equipment in the workplace, MUST receive training.  Training must be refreshed every 3 to 5 years.  Courses are tailored to the organisation and the equipment they are using.  We provide a course especially for Managers and Supervisors to ensure staff are using equipment safely and legally,

Industrial Training

Didac offer training on many forms of plant equipment, which include most varieties of Fork Lift Truck (Operator and Instructor), MEWP's, Lorry Loaders.  Other industrial courses include, PAT Testing, Working at Height, Scaffold Inspection, Asbestos Awareness.  If a course is not listed, please contact us.
