Traditionally, learners who complete an NVQ will have compiled evidence into a portfolio of evidence. We are now working with a provider of E-Portfolios where learners will submit evidence on-line to a virtual portfolio. This is due to go live in September.
In addition to new staff, we are also undergoing changes and improvements in other areas. Some of these include:
We are developing a new E-learning system. This will provide 21st Century technology in the delivery of work-based learning. Staff will be able to monitor progress made through the E-learning modules and text messages to mobiles will be automatically sent to learners reminding them how long they have to complete the module.
