Gavin takes a leading role of overseeing delivery quality assurance and supports the Managing Director and Operations Manager
Gavin started his career in work-based learning as an apprentice working for a training provider carrying out office administrative duties. He has then progressed to several other roles within other providers including MI Manager, Trainer/Assessor and Area Manager.
Gavin joined Didac in March 2018
